We offer a full refund on tickets to events or other physical products we sell up to 24 hours prior to your ticketed event.

Chicago Media Project (CMP) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Statement of Privacy applies to CMP’s Web site and governs data collection and usage at all CMP sites and services; it does not apply to other online or offline sites, products or services. CMP is an eCommerce web site. Personal information of all users is collected, used and disclosed as described in this Statement of Privacy.

As an e-Commerce Web site, CMP collects personal information, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address or telephone number. Information collected by CMP is used solely for the purpose of billing and shipping your online purchases. CMP does not collect any information about your computer hardware and software.

CMP is an Illinois not-for-profit corporation and an IRS recognized "public charity” eligible to receive tax-deductible charitable contributions, which are exempt from income taxation under Code Section 501(c)(3). For your records, our tax id is 46-5739978. No goods or services were provided in exchange for this generous financial contribution.
