TICKET BUYER FAQS

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY TICKETS?

  • Print your tickets out from the confirmation email you received when you purchased them OR pull them up on your phone from this same email.

  • Alternatively, if you are unable to print your tickets at home or show them on your phone, you can check in at the Davis Theater Doc10 or Gene Siskel Film Center ticketing table prior to your screening. Tickets are held under the last name of the ticket buyer. Please bring your ID when picking up tickets.

HOW FAR AHEAD OF TIME SHOULD I GET TO THE THEATER?

  • Doors will open 30 minutes before the start of the movie for VIPs and 15 minutes before the start of the screening for general admission.

WHAT IF I WANT TO BUY MORE TICKETS ONCE I’M AT THE THEATER?

  • Depending on availability, tickets can be purchased online as well as at the Davis Theater or Gene Siskel Film Center at the Doc10 ticketing table.

WHAT IF A MOVIE IS LISTED AS WAITLIST ONLY – HOW CAN I GET IN?

  • Based on availability, rush tickets will be sold 15 minutes prior to the start of the film. Patrons interested in getting a rush seat should wait at the theater.

IS IT GENERAL ADMISSION OR RESERVED SEATING?

  • All seats at all Doc10 films are general admission.

IS HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE SEATING AVAILABLE?

  • Yes, The Davis Theater and Gene Siskel Film Center meet ADA standards for accessible seating and has multiple spaces specifically designed for wheelchairs and include features such as an accessible approach, location at grade, clear floor space, and larger dimensions.

ARE MY TICKETS TRANSFERABLE?

  • Yes, Doc10 tickets are fully transferable.
