Ten documentaries make their Chicago premieres this weekend as part of a new festival. Called DOC10, the fest kicks off at 7 p.m. Friday with “Miss Sharon Jones!,” a profile of the Dap-Kings singer by Barbara Kopple (“Harlan County USA”), who will be present for a Q&A. The Chicago Media Project runs DOC10, and all screenings are at the Music Box Theatre.
